Austin

Austin Faught

Chief Executive Officer

Austin is an experienced real estate investor and licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas. He has owned residential, industrial, mixed-use, office, storage, and RV park properties during his career. Austin began focusing on RV parks after pursuing his first RV park in 2017. The formation of RV Park Management reflects the intensity of his focus and commitment to this niche. 

Austin lives in the Texas Hill Country with his wife and sons. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana. Austin pitched for the Ragin’ Cajuns baseball team and was a two-time All-American (2001, 2005) and three-time selection in the MLB Draft (2003, 2004, 2005). Austin is Advocacy Co-Chairman and serves on the Advisory Board for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation –Gulf Coast Chapter.  He is also a board member for the Texas Association of Campground Owners (TACO).

Joel

Joel Giffin

Chief Operating Officer

For over two decades Joel has led teams to deliver best-in-class service in the retail and restaurant industries.  He is responsible for ensuring that all management activity is laser focused on serving our park teams, so that our people can do what they do best – serve and delight our guests!

Prior to RV Park Management, Joel worked as Vice President of Operations for a multi-national restaurant chain, where he was responsible for overall sales and operations of US restaurants.  Joel started his career in big box retail, where he held leadership roles with progressively increasing responsibility for operations and sales at the multi-unit district and regional levels. 

Joel lives in the Texas Hill Country with his wife and kids.  Joel co-founded and serves on the board of SUP4TEAM, a 501c(3) organization dedicated to serving teachers, emergency responders, and our military. 

Sean

Sean King

Vice President of Park Operations

Sean is an experienced leader in property and operations management. For well over a decade, he has lead teams across the nation in operational efficiency and positive revenue growth with a focus on the customer experience. Sean is responsible for the overall performance, leadership, and management of RVPM’s RV parks, campgrounds, and resorts.

Prior to joining RVPM, Sean worked in the manufactured housing industry leading large portfolios to success through team engagement and development, exceptional customer service, and a detailed focus on the financial aspects of the business. He began his career as a Community Manager and quickly progressed into additional roles and responsibilities. He led and oversaw acquisitions, due diligence, construction projects, capital expenditures, financial reporting, asset management, and team development. One of his proudest professional accomplishments is to be considered a mentor to the people within his organization.

Sean lives in the Texas Hill Country with his wife Stacy, and 3 kids. He also has one adult son that lives in San Antonio. Sean attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University after receiving a Congressional nomination to the United States Air Force Academy. During his free time, he is a volunteer coach for little league baseball with Bulverde Little League and a mentor to middle/high school young men at his church.

Our RV park staff are guided by two main principles which are dependent upon each other.
