Texas-Based, But Nationwide

Samples of Our Work

RV Park Management is based in the Texas Hill Country, but we are currently operating RV Parks in Texas, Florida and New York.  If you are looking for an RV Park Management company outside of those states, we’d still love to hear from you.  We are growing quickly and expect to be expanding into new states soon!

Gainesville RV Park was added to our portfolio in late 2020.  RV Park Management took over management upon acquisition and upgraded most of the existing systems. Here are some of the things that are in-progress at Gainesville RV Park:

  • Park Expansion & Improvements – RVPM is managing significant park improvement projects such as the development of a pool and pool house and the renovation of the current 10,000 sq ft covered pavilion, which will include the addition of a fitness center.
  • WiFi Network Improvement – We have redesigned the WiFi network to optimize the signal for all guests and enable guests to upgrade to premium Internet if they need more bandwidth.  This is now a profit-generating WiFi network.
  • New Reservation System with Online Booking – RVPM has implemented a cloud-based hospitality system that allows RVPM staff to manage reservations, payments, and guest correspondence. This system also provides ownership with excellent visibility into daily operations. Since this is an existing park with decent web traffic, guests were booking reservations online within hours of rolling out the online booking functionality that is integrated with both the park website and Facebook.

Reel Chill RV Resort is the newest RV park in Rockport, Texas.  It opened September, 2021. RV Park Management was engaged early and has been entirely responsible for operational setup, allowing the owners to focus on development. Here are some things we have done:

  • Website Design -On behalf of the owners, RVPM has purchased a domain, built an ADA compliant website, and is managing ongoing website changes and hosting.
  • Cloud-based reservation system – With the help of the RVPM staff, Reel Chill RV Resort was taking online bookings and over-the-phone reservations months before opening the park and before park staff are able to be on site.
  • Online Marketing Strategy – RVPM developed an SEO and marketing strategy designed specifically for a brand-new park.  RVPM staff also created an online footprint for Reel Chill RV Resort by creating Google, Facebook and Yelp pages.
  • Full-Service Operations Management – RVPM has defined park policies, implemented systems, staffed the park, trained park employees, purchased park inventory for store sales, provided bookkeeping, designed billboard signs, managed business listings and so much more.

Roadrunner RV Park has had tremendous growth since we took over in February of 2019. Since then, revenues have increased by 70% and net operating income has doubled.

Here are some of the things we’ve done at Roadrunner RV Park:

  • Smart Technology Setup – Roadrunner was operating on paper calendars and dry erase boards when we started. Now it runs on cloud-based operating systems, file sharing, video conferencing, and phone systems.
  • Call Center Services – Roadrunner was the first location for RVPM’s call center. The park is capable of operating with remote office operations including reservations, payments, phones, check-ins/outs, and welcome guides.
  • WiFi Network Support – Roadrunner has a profit-generating WiFi network. Guests have access to free internet, but those who want a higher level of service pay for a premium upgrade. RVPM supports and trains staff while managing the vouchers our guests use.
  • Financial Management – Accounting, reporting, accounts payable, payroll, procurement, and more are handled by RVPM staff so that on-site staff can focus on great guest experiences.

Bolivar Peninsula RV Park was built and operated by an owner who lives just a few miles down the road. RV Park Management took over the operations in September of 2019 and numerous improvements have been implemented.

Here are some things we’ve done at Bolivar Peninsula RV Park:

  • Property Improvements -BPRV has a new 7,000 square foot dog park, new privacy fencing for equipment and dumpsters, new paint, and new boat/RV storage. Next up: new bath house, washateria, and 30 RV sites.
  • Training -With the support and training from RVPM staff, the Bolivar team now utilizes new systems for reservations, payments, email, supply procurement, WiFi, equipment maintenance, and more.
  • Systems Administration – Like most parks we work at, this one had local operating systems that depend upon on-site owners or staff. We’ve moved park operations to cloud-based systems. RVPM staff support and maintain the technology and systems being used on-site.
  • WiFi Network Support – It took a lot of work, but we resolved internet issues at this park. We recently launched premium WiFi that will generate a new income stream and additional profit for the owner.

“The year 2020 showed us how resilient the RV park business is. Business exploded for many owners.”
